You're Probably Wondering

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
We at Daniels Leisure Travel understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Kindly note that most trips are non-refundable, which means that cancellations may not result in a full refund. However, we strive to assist our clients to the best of our ability and can explore potential options for rescheduling your travel dates. It's important to check the specific terms and conditions of your booking, as some services may offer flexibility depending on the airline, hotel, or tour provider policies. For detailed assistance, please have your booking information ready and reach out to one of our travel specialists.
  • Will I need a visa for my destination?
Visa requirements vary by country and citizenship. After booking, we’ll provide you with the specific visa guidelines for your destination, including how to apply and what documents are needed. In some cases, we can assist you with the application process.
  • How long does my passport need to be valid for travel?
Most countries require that your passport be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. Please double-check your expiration date before booking your trip to avoid any travel disruptions.
  • What is the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP), and should I enroll?
The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service by the U.S. Department of State that lets U.S. citizens register their trip with the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate. We highly recommend enrolling—STEP provides important safety updates, helps the embassy contact you in an emergency, and gives peace of mind to both you and your loved ones back home.
  • What happens if I lose my passport while traveling?
If your passport is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the local police and contact your country’s embassy or consulate. They can help you get an emergency travel document. We also recommend keeping a copy of your passport and travel insurance info in a separate place for emergencies.
  • Do you offer group discounts or payment plans?
Daniels Leisure Travel is pleased to offer both group discounts and flexible payment plans to accommodate majority of your travel needs. We provide attractive discounts for group bookings, making it more affordable for you and your companions to explore the world together. Additionally, we offer convenient payment plans through Uplift as well as our flexible in-house payment options, allowing you to spread the cost of your trip over time. For more details or to discuss your specific requirements, please contact our customer service team.
  • Do I need a passport or visa for international travel?
Yes, a valid passport is required for all international trips. Some destinations may also require a visa. Once you book, we’ll provide step-by-step guidance on entry requirements based on your destination and citizenship.
  • What documents should I bring with me when I travel?
You should always bring: A valid passport Printed or digital flight & hotel confirmations Travel insurance documents (if purchased) Any required visas or vaccination cards We’ll send a detailed checklist before your departure so you feel fully prepared!
  • I don’t have a passport. Can I still book a trip?
Yes, you can book a trip now and apply for your passport while preparing for travel. Just be sure to allow at least 8–12 weeks for standard processing—or choose expedited service if your trip is soon. We’ll send you helpful instructions after booking.
  • Can minors travel without both parents?
In many cases, minors traveling with only one parent or a guardian may need a notarized letter of consent from the non-traveling parent or legal guardian. We’ll provide guidance on any required documentation to ensure a smooth trip for your family.
  • Can I customize my trip or add extra days?
Absolutely! We love helping you personalize your adventure. Just let us know what you’re looking for—whether it’s extra nights, special experiences, or group add-ons—and we’ll tailor your itinerary to fit.
